STUTZ Motor Car Of America, Inc. (SMCA) is about to
commence with the production and the unveiling of
its New Era luxury motor car. We are all extremely
excited about the long anticipated reintroduction of
“America’s First Sports Car?to the world market.
In addition to our plans for production of an
extraordinary luxury sports vehicle (the FENIX ELS/H),
SMCA will produce a hybrid urban transport vehicle (UTV),
and an all electric drive vehicle (EVO). The
interior and coachworks for each of these unique
motor cars will be elegant and signature to STUTZ.
The first (100) vehicles will be assembled at an
industry recognized and partnering automobile
fabrication plant located in Southern California.
The terms for a global partnership between SMCA and
a respected manufacturer of automobile electrical
drive systems have been finalized as have a number
of other strategic alliances both here and overseas.
We expect the formal structure for the amalgamated
enterprise will be in place prior to the start of
the fourth quarter 2007. Shortly thereafter our
initial public offering will be launched on the HK
exchange through the services of Latham & Watkins
(legal counsel) and likely by way of Goldman Sachs,
Bear Sterns, or other appropriate market
professional.
Nothing will give us any greater pleasure than to
once again have “the Car of Kings?grace America’s
highways with the absolute epitome of automotive
distinction.

A Bona Fide American Icon |

Which of the world’s top ten carmakers can boast
ownership of a luxury brand automobile in the manner
of Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, and Bentley? Not many.
There simply aren’t that many luxury brand cars
being made today and those that are being made are
pretty happy being independent. As it turns out
there’s good news on the horizon. A highly regarded
and legendary automotive icon, one of America’s
great luxury automobiles is planning a reemergence?br>
STUTZ Motor Car of America, Inc. has been working
while others sleep. The legendary maker of America’s
first sports car (the Bearcat) and first true luxury
car (the Blackhawk) is back and seeking the right
partner. Its plan…to once again build the world’s
finest luxury sport sedan (the FENIX ELS/H) and an
urban transportation vehicle (the Bearcat EVO), one
available in standard internal combustion
configuration or hybrid and the other all-electric.
Stutz has recently contracted with a leading
producer of electric motor drives that can propel
the car from 0 to 60 mph in under 4 seconds, and
have a range of 250 miles. Stutz has also finalized
negotiations with a renowned Southern California
based coachworks company for engineering,
fabrication, and short run production services for
both FENIX models and the EVO. Agreements have been
signed with E-MOTO, a prominent US maker of electric
vehicle drive systems; and Huan Hai Tire Group,
China’s largest maker of tires. DADI Auto Mfg. is
also on-board. Fu Yue Auto Fittings (a China based
maker of quality auto parts) has agreed in
principle; however, is not yet documented onboard. |

STUTZ Motor Car of America, Inc. anticipates
building no more than three-hundred (300) cars in
year one of the launch, and then three-thousand
(3000) cars in year two at an average profit of from
$15,000 to $65,000 per vehicle. The Sticker
Price/Special Order Price for the (luxury) FENIX ELS/H
is expected to be at or about $225,000; whereas, the
first generation Bearcat EVO will likely sticker for
under $85,000.
“The STUTZ Bearcat was the preeminent sports car of
the Jazz Age,?writes John B. Rae in his best
selling book, The American Automobile.
“The STUTZ Bearcat, like Paul Bunyan or the 20th
Century Limited (train), is a seminal part of
American folklore,?states Ralph Stein in the book
The Great Cars.
The STUTZ Bearcat has long been recognized as
America’s first race car. It participated in the
inaugural Indianapolis 500 in 1911, and was the
“flawless vehicle?that Cannonball Baker drove
coast-to-coast (1915) in the renowned and record
setting “Cannonball Run? In 1927 the The STUTZ
Blackhawk Speedster set the land speed record (107
mph) over the sands of Daytona Beach, Fla. Along
with producing the fastest and most luxurious cars
of its era STUTZ Motor Car of America was renowned
for its innovation and longstanding contributions to
automotive engineering.
From its inception STUTZ held a reputation for
building fast, durable, and safe cars with the
utmost in style and luxury. By the mid 1920’s the
Stutz name had become synonymous with quality. Not
only were the early STUTZ cars fast and reliable,
they were the hallmarks for state-of-the-art design,
engineering, and innovation. In addition STUTZ
produced the quietest running and most powerful V-8
engine on the market.
Harry Stutz designed and built the first
“under-slung chassis? which lowered the
automobile’s center of gravity allowing it to turn
safely and efficiently at greater speeds…a lasting
innovation that would serve to initiate a paradigm
shift in the manufacturing of the automobile lasting
to this day. STUTZ was first to implement the use of
safety glass and the dual overhead cam engine.
The second generation STUTZ Blackhawk, Bearcat II,
Victoria, and IV Porte were known for their design
luxury and power. Stutz was proclaimed “The World’s
Most Expensive Car? In 1987 the Bearcat II
Convertible was the first car to employ the use of a
carbon fiber (dent-proof) body. Stutz was
appropriately crowned “The Car of King’s? and was
one of only a handful of cars to ever grace a United
States postage stamp.
The first generation STUTZ is now a bona fide
classic and the second to this day maintains its
reputation for luxurious design craftsmanship and
finely detailed coachworks.
The name STUTZ is synonymous with the history of the
American automobile. Its logo is a lasting symbol of
automotive design excellence and luxury. |

What’s In A Name? |

|
Brand Name / Brand Equity - InterBrand’s Top 100 |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
Fed Ex stands for overnight delivery. Campbell’s
stands for soup. Best Western will keep the lights
on for you. Coke is cola. Nike is sports products.
Stutz stands for Bearcat and automotive luxury.
Whether a company is new or old, the significance of
a brand name and the importance of “brand building?
(and brand maintenance) cannot be overstated. A
brand name is, amongst other things, the embodiment
of all that represents the company…past, present,
and future. Brands are first created in the mind,
and then built by market response. A brand generates
an emotional connection between a business and its
customers. It says who the business is and what it
does. It is high on the list of a company’s most
valuable assets, quantified and defined as brand
equity. It is a combination of things tangible and
intangible. More often than not it is the name and
not the product that the public/consumer has bought
into.
Building positive brand recognition is of vital
importance to the long term success of a company and
to the sale of its product(s). A well marketed, well
positioned brand/product demonstrates that “The
mountain does come to Mohammad.?br>
The following two pages contain a listing of the
world’s top one-hundred brands and their brand
equity as so tabulated by InterBrand Corp., the
leading industry analyst in the field of brand
recognition and value. Ratings are based upon 2005
revenues. No. 100 on the list is Armani, with a
brand equity/brand value of $1.5 Billion US.
Stutz Motor Car Corporation Of America neither
manufactured or sold any cars in 2005 or in the few
years prior; and thus, Stutz is not on the list of
Top 100 Brands or is it likely to be within the next
five years. It is still reasonable to assume that
Stutz (Motor Car Corporation of America) might
presently have brand equity reaching into the (tens
of) millions of dollars due its “track record?and
place within the hierarchy of automotive history.
When the first FENIX Limousine hits the showroom
floor Stutz brand equity should immediately
escalate. Assuming events unfold as anticipated, it
is entirely possible that the name Stutz might find
its way into InterBrand Corp’s Top 100 within the
next decade. |

STUTZ was the first American sports car and
America’s first true luxury car.
The STUTZ brand is synonymous with the highest
quality design and engineering and the utmost in
luxury and world class coachworks.
Stutz Motor Car of America is now ready to
reinitiate the manufacturing of its unique line of
luxury vehicle. |

The Advent of the New Era |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
STUTZ Motor Car of America, Inc. (SMCA) is now in
preparation for the manufacturing of its 2010 Ultra
Luxury Sedan, the Blackhawk ROGUE. This
extraordinary vehicle will be produced in both ICE
and plug-in hybrid electric drive (PHEDS) editions.
It will be targeted to compete with and surpass the
design and performance benchmarks set by other
high-end trend-setters such as Maybach and Bentley.
The ROGUE SLS is an extraordinary vehicle in every
aspect of automotive design and performance…a
fitting tribute to an already illustrious and iconic
tradition of automotive excellence, craftsmanship,
and design.
In its quest to build a vehicle unlike any other,
STUTZ Motor Car of America has gone to great extreme
and expense with its sights set on producing a
limited number of what will undoubtedly become the
world’s most profound and extraordinary ultra luxury
motor car.
Whereas power was king throughout the reign of the
first two generations of STUTZ motor car, the New
Era STUTZ will be more so defined by its
environmentally friendly and fuel efficient ICE,
hybrid, and electric drive trains. Its unique
eye-catching look, executive luxury, global
connectivity, on-board computer electronics, and
comfort of ride will remain its ever-present
benchmark.
Along with the luxurious Blackhawk ROGUE, STUTZ has
engineered the Bearcat EV0 (all electric zero
emission vehicle) and the FENIX UTV (plug-in
hybrid/electric urban transport vehicle). Final
stage engineering for both will be completed about
the same time as the first ROGUE begins to roll off
the assembly line.
SMCA has structured a strategic alliance with a
prominent domestic maker of electric drive systems,
as well as a producer of hybrid-electric drives.
First phase vehicle production will be accomplished
at a modern fabrication and assembly facility South
of Los Angeles. Production vehicles can then be
manufactured either domestically or overseas. |

STUTZ - New Era Line of Luxury Vehicle |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
1.) The Blackhawk ROGUE SLS/H Super Luxury Sports
Sedan is loaded from top to bottom, and front to
rear with all the “wow factor?that money can buy.
This one of a kind, high powered, super luxury sedan
is elegantly styled, supremely appointed, and
surprisingly spacious. It is both a rebirth and a
continuation of all that made STUTZ the cornerstone
of the American automobile industry. Available in
either hard-top or convertible edition, the ROGUE is
outfitted with the latest electronic, audio visual,
communications, and computer accessories. Interior
comfort is optimized with the inclusion of massage
therapeutic seats, climate/clean-air control, and
computerized ambient lighting. To simplify
certification its modified chassis, engine, and
suspension are licensed for use and purchased from
an industry recognized and respected OEM. The ROGUE
will be available in two drive train
configurations…the hybrid to optimize fuel
efficiencies without sacrificing power, or the ICE
edition for speed.
Once the design and engineering plans for the ROGUE
have been finalized the first of this new line of
super luxury sports vehicle will be built at the
same Southern California automobile fabrication
facility that will be used to manufacture the
Bearcat EVO and the FENIX UTV. The company plans to
produce no more than one-hundred ROGUE SLS/SLH for
the 2014 model year.
2.) The Bearcat EV0 will be the culmination of
modern electric drive train
technology, automotive design and engineering, and
luxurious coachworks
signature only to STUTZ. A prototype, and complete
electric drive system has
been vehicle tested and track proven. A vehicle
utilizing this proprietary electric
drive system can reach speeds of 60 mph within 3.7
seconds, has a range of
approximately one-hundred-fifty (150) miles, and can
be fully recharged within
two hours. SMCA intends to utilize its proprietary,
light weight, and dent proof
“diamond fibre comp?material for the shell of this
highway “sexy?luxury, two-
passenger roadster.
3.) The FENIX UTV (urban transport vehicle) is a
plug-in
hybrid/electric drive (PHRDS) vehicle…a well
outfitted low to mid price range
luxury economy car designed for the global market.
It’s at the head of the class
in hybrid innovation and technology, imbued with
luxury and style attributed
only to STUTZ. It’s a small car with plenty of leg
room built for urban
necessity yet still capable of handling the open
road. Consideration is being
given to the production of a separate urban
transport vehicle, branded under the
STUTZ name, and for purchase to consumers
exclusively within China.
Once the ROGUE, FENIX, and EVO are market ready
these truly extraordinary vehicles will be unveiled
and released to the world at large in highly notable
fashion. The matter in which the unveiling takes
place will be orchestrated as the day draws near.
Orders for the first year production run will be
initiated at the unveiling.
